摘要
Abstract
Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD ) is a kind of central nervous system complication after operation and anesthesia ,and the incidence rate is high in elderly patients .However ,the exact mechanism of POCD remains unclear .In recent years ,more and more evidence show that as one of the influencing factors of POCD ,the general anesthetics may have a broad impact on cognitive function in elderly patients .The exploration of the influencing mechanism of anesthetics on POCD may have important guiding significance on the anesthesiologists’ rational use of drugs .关键词
