Progress of the stratified training system for nurses in third-grade general hospitals
摘要
Abstract
The aim of nurse training is to promote knowledge ,skills ,ability and attitude .Based on job training requirements ,nurse stratified and specialized training is to help nurses improve job competency .At present ,China’s hospitals have gradually implemented the nurse stratified training ,but the construction of standardized nurse training model has not yet been mature .This paper reviews the mode and effect of nurse stratified training in third-grade general hospitals in China ,and looks forward to its application prospects .关键词
