分级诊疗“厦门模式”的探索与评价
Exploration and Evaluation of Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment of" Xiamen Mode"
摘要
Abstract
Under the opportunity of the deepening reform of medical and health system, Xiamen keeps continuous innovation,and constructs a chronic disease service pattern with the co - management of medical specialists, general practitioners, and health managers, which forms a new hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system with Xiamen characteristics. The study deeply analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the " Xiamen mode" system and evaluates its implementation effects. The results show that " Xiamen mode" has improved the satisfaction of residents,and reduced patients'medical costs of chronic diseases, improved the management effect of chronic diseases and achieved orderly diagnosis and treatment. But problems such as the imperfect financial compensation mechanism still exist,which needs a further exploration of a suitable set of operation management mechanism. The paper hopes that the exploration of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system " Xiamen mode" can provide references for the implementation of this system in other provinces and cities.关键词
