分级诊疗“长汀模式”的效果及启示
Effects and Enlightenment of Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment of " Changting Mode"

Abstract
Taking the chronic disease as the breakthrough point,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of " Changting mode" has put forward the combination strategies of medical treatment-prevention-health insurance. Through measures of village doctors working in countryside,setting up central clinics,and constructing mobile rural community health service stations to integrate resources and improve efficiencies,Changting county provides manpower for the implementation and development of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment. In 2015 , treatment rates of patients with hypertension and with diabetes in clinics in Changting were 99. 96%(210 995/211 079)and 99. 64%(34 501/34 626)respectively,while their hospitalization rates of basic level were 88. 15%(1 131/1 283)and 56. 28%(130/231)separately,both of which were higher than the average level of other areas. The clinical visiting distribution of patients tended to be reasonable. The average outpatient expenses of hypertensive patients and diabetic patients were 58. 22 and 126. 29 yuan respectively,their average hospitalization expenses were1 652. 70 and 3 816. 05 yuan respectively,their hospitalization expenses per capita were 1 898. 31 and 4 279. 16 yuan respectively,all of which were lower than the average level in other areas in Longyan. Thus it can be seen that hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of" Changting mode" has shown early effects,which can provide references for promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in economically underdeveloped areas.关键词
