摘要
Abstract
Building hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system is the important measure to rationally allocate the medical resources and to promote the health service fairness,but the difficulties in the implementation process lead to the barely satisfactory development of the system. In order to provide suggestions for the development of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in Gansu Province,the paper analyzes the pilot model and evaluates the pilot effects of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in Huining County of Gansu Province,and then explores the measures to promote the successfully implementation of this system.关键词
