Research Process of Health Management Model of Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Stroke is a disease that severely jeopardizes human health. It is characterized by high morbidity,high mortality and high disability rate,which brings heavy burden to patients' family and society. Effective health management can reduce the risk of morbidity,mortality and disability degree of patients with stroke. To improve patients'bad behavioral habits so as to improve their quality of life. Combined with the related literatures and clinical practices,the paper reviews the research status of health management model of stroke both at home and abroad,and mainly introduces the health management model of stoke unit(SU),stroke self -management model and the health management model of stoke based on network techniques, hoping to provide references for the health management and reasonable intervention of patients with stroke.关键词
