珠江三角洲新生代农民工亚健康评定量表常模研究
Norm Study of Sub-health Measurement Scale of New Generation of Migrant Workers in Pearl River Delta
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the norm of sub - health measurement scale(SHMS V1. 0)of new generation of migrant workers in Pearl River Delta,and to investigate their sub - health status. To take the norm as the auxiliary means of screening,diagnosing and improving the sub - health planning. Methods From September to December in 2014,1 500 new generation of migrant workers were selected from Foshan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Dongguan, Zhongshan, and Huizhou by applying stratified random sampling method. Questionnaire survey was carried out by adopting SHMS V1. 0 among the subJects. Based on analysis of characteristics of SHMS V1. 0 scores of new generation of migrant workers in Pearl River Delta, mean norm,percentile norm and threshold norm were constructed in this study. Results A total of 1 500 questionnaires were sent out,1 238 questionnaires were acquired with a response rate of 82. 53% . Of the sub - health status investigation of new generation of migrant workers in Pearl River Delta by SHMS V1. 0,the GS score was(63. 94 ± 12. 73),PS score was(67. 77 ± 13. 65),MS score was(63. 89 ± 15. 77),and SS score was( 58. 06 ± 15. 75 ). The GS and PS score of male new generation of migrant workers in SHMS V1. 0 were higher than those of female,while their SS score was lower than that of female (P < 0. 05);there was no significant difference in MS score among subJects of different genders( P > 0. 05). There was significant difference in GS,PS and SS scores in SHMS V1. 0 of subJects in different age groups(P < 0. 05);the GS,PS and SS scores of subJects aged between 20 to 24,25 to 29,and 30 to 35 were higher than those of subJects aged between 16 to 19, the GS,PS and SS scores of subJects aged between 30 to 35 were lower than those of subJects aged between 20 to 24 and between 25 to 29(P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in MS score in SHMS V1. 0 of subJects in different age groups(P >0. 05). The mean norm of GS in SHMS V1. 0 was shown as follows:male:the score of subJects aged between 16 to 19 was (62. 47 ± 14. 43),the subJects aged between 20 to 29 was(63. 82 ± 12. 98),and the score of subJects aged between 30 to 35 was(63. 51 ± 12. 94);while the score of female in different age groups of 16 to 19,20 to 29 and 30 to 35 was(58. 97 ± 12. 88),(64. 85 ± 12. 76) and(65. 25 ± 13. 02) respectively. The percentile norm was arranged from the lowest to the highest according to the total scale score. Threshold norm:based on the four critical points(x - s,x - 0. 5s,x + 0. 5s,x + s), the subJects were divided into five states of health status:diseased,severe sub - health,moderate sub - health,mild sub -health and healthy,and the four demarcation standards were in closed with the 15th,30th,70th and 85th of the percentiles norm. Conclusion The mean norm,percentile norm and threshold norm of SHMS V1. 0 of new generation of migrant workers in Pearl River Delta were preliminarily constructed,which can provide obJective basis for diagnosing and evaluating the health status of new generation of migrant workers.关键词
