儿童十二指肠溃疡伴浅表性胃炎30例临床分析

Abstract
The clinical symptoms of children with pediatric peptic ulcer are not typical. The most common symptom is abdominal pain,mostly dull ache,characterized by chronic and repeatable. In few cases,it could affect learning and sleeping. Without paying enough attention,it could prolong the illness course,increase recurrence rate,and often appear misseddiagnosis and missed diagnosis. In this paper,30 cases of children with duodenal ulcer and superficial gastritis were retrospectively analyzed. All of them had repeatable paroxysmal upper abdominal or para umbilical pain,and the duodenal ulcer appears class round,oval,linear,irregular or cream spot sample,with the surrounding mucosa edema under electronic gastroscopy;and patients had superficial gastritis manifestations such as mucosal hyperemia and edema of gastric antrum. HP test was positive in 25 cases(83. 3% ). Taking a comprehensive treatment and Hp eradication therapy were performed in patients with Hp positive. 28 cases were completely treated remission in 4 - 6 weeks,and the cure rate was 93. 3% ;Hp infection eradication rate was 76. 0%(19 / 25). The Hp positive rate of children duodenal ulcer with superficial gastritis was high,and complete eradication of Hp infection could promote the peptic ulcer healing,and reduce the recurrence.关键词
