摘要
Abstract
Gastric mucosa - associated lymphoid tissue( MALT) lymphoma has hidden onset and non - specific clinical manifestations,and its diagnosis depends on endoscopy,biopsy and histopathological examination. Gastric MALT lymphoma is currently considered to be closely correlated with helicobacter pylori infection,and gastric carcinoma also has certain correlation with helicobacter pylori infection. However,the correlation between gastric MALT lymphoma and gastric carcinoma and the possible mechanism are not clear yet,and some studies found that it may be related with the remnant and relapse of gastric MALT lymphoma. The paper made an analysis on the clinical data of three patients with gastric carcinoma after gastric MALT lymphoma,and suggest that clinical doctors should not only put great importance on the process of endoscopy in order to precisely find different manifestations of lesions and conduct biopsy,but also improve the understanding of regular close follow - up observation after treatment for gastric MALT lymphoma in order to make timely diagnosis and treatment.关键词
