Discussion on the mechanism of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury
摘要
Abstract
Cardiovascular disease is a serious threat to human health.Myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury can lead to a series of irreversible damage in the ultrastructure,function,metabolism and electrophysiology of myocardium,which leads to patients with severe cardiac insufficiency or arrhythmia,even lead to death.Therefore,it is necessary to take appropriate measures to prevent reperfusion injury,and to explore the mechanism of injury has important practical significance.关键词
