Clinical analysis of delivery choice of pregnancy with uterine scar and safety of vaginal delivery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the delivery choice of pregnancy with uterine scar and safety of vaginal delivery.Methods:364 cases of pregnant women with uterine scar were selected.They were divided into the successful vaginal delivery group and the cesarean section group.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:80 cases of pregnant women were given vaginal delivery.72 cases were successful,and the success rate was 90%.The remaining 292 cases received cesarean section.In the vaginal delivery group,the average amount of bleeding and hospitalization time were better than the cesarean section group(P<0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of clear assessment and grasp of the indications of vaginal delivery,comprehensive monitoring of vaginal delivery process can improve the efficacy and safety of vaginal delivery.关键词
