Analysis on the efficacy of donepezil in the treatment of senile dementia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia.Methods:66 patients with senile dementia were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 33 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given general treatment,while in the observation group were given general treatment combined with donepezil treatment.Results:The overall effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Donepezil hydrochloride treatment based on general treatment for senile dementia patients,can improve the therapeutic effect significantly.关键词
