摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between plasma volume changing and blood pressure during hemodialysis in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:40 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were divided into the normal group and the hypertension group according to the blood pressure before dialysis.Results:The systolic blood pressure after dialysis of the hypertensive group was significantly higher than before(P<0.05).The differences in systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure before and after hemodialysis were statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of maintenance he-modialysis,the changing on plasma volume has no obviously effect for patients’ blood pressure before and after dialysis;weight loss of patients before and after dialysis can not be an effective response for plasma volume changing,and it has limitations on evaluation blood pressure changing of patients before and after dialysis.关键词
