Abstract
Objective:To explore the characteristics of early disease change of brain injury with GCS above 13,to find the early changes in the disease,and to provide the best operation time for surgery.Methods:1 230 cases of patients with acute brain injury with GCS above 13 were selected.We observed the change of the disease and its treatment method.Results:In 1 230 patients,161 patients had stable disease,263 patients had worsening of the disease,and they were cured by emergency surgery.Conclusion:For patients with acute brain injury with GCS above 13,close observation of the condition and timely detection of disease changes can provide the best opportunity for surgery,reduce mortality and reduce complications.关键词
