Comparative study on the effect of continuous and intermittent blood purification in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute renal failure

Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of continuous and intermittent blood purification in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute renal failure.Methods:86 patients with severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute renal failure,they were divided into two groups,each of 43 cases.The observation group using continuous blood purification treatment,the control group was treated with intermittent hemodialysis treatment,comparing two groups of patients with the duration of treatment, less urine last time,the patient's hospitalization time,hypotension incidence rate and mortality rate.Results:The observation group of patients with clinical treatment indicators were better than the control group, while the observation group of patients with low incidence of hypotension(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis complicated with acute renal failure is more significant.关键词
