腹部外伤240例急诊救治体会
Experience of emergency treatment of abdominal trauma in 240 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the emergency treatment measures and effect of abdominal trauma.Methods:240 patients with abdominal trauma were selected.The data,emergency treatment measures and treatment result of patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results:B ultrasound examination showed 226 patients with organ damage,and the positive rate was 94.2%.The abdominal puncture examination showed 154 patients with organ damage,and the positive rate was 64.2%.228 cases were cured, and the clinical cure rate was as high as 95%.Conclusion:Timely special examination is an important way of early diagnosis. Combined with the timely diagnosis results and reasonable treatment is the key to improve the success rate of rescue.关键词
