Study on the hepatoprotective effect of polyene phosphatidylcholine in primary hepatocellular carcinoma after TACE
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of multi-phosphatidylcholine in the prevention of liver injury after primary liver cancer operation.Methods:60 cases with primary liver cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.Patients in the two groups were treated with hydration,in addations,the treatment group were added the intravenous infusion of the phosphatidylcholine on the day after the operation.Results:In the treatment group,the level of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin after 1 week treatment were significantly decreased than before the treatment,and improved significantly when compared with the control group.Conclusion:Interventional treatment with multi-phosphatidylcholine on patients with primary liver cancer can protect the liver function effectively,and prevent the liver damage caused by TACE,improve the patient's tolerance to chemotherapy response.关键词
