老年急性胆囊炎的手术治疗分析
Analysis of surgical treatment of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the effect of surgical treatment of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods:80 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis were selected,analysis of clinical data.Results:The majority of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis hide other diseases,the disease is varied,and increase the difficulty of clinical medical treatment.All patients achieved remarkable results after surgical treatment,70 cases were cured, 8 cases improved,2 cases died,1 case died of pulmonary infection caused by diabetes,1 case of death due to wound infection.Conclusion:The elderly patients with acute cholecystitis to take the appropriate timing and surgical treatment,the effect is good.关键词
