腹腔镜技术在急腹症诊治中的体会
Experience of laparoscopic technique in the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of laparoscopic treatment of acute abdomen.Methods:50 patients with acute abdomen were selected.They were treated by laparoscopic surgery.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:This group of patients achieved good therapeutic effect,and the total efficiency was 100%.There was no postoperative complications.Abdominal pain had been effectively controlled.2 cases were converted to open surgery due to adhesion heavier of peritoneal inflammation and more errhysis,and the diseases were controlled.Conclusion:The value of laparoscopic treatment for acute abdomen was significant.关键词
