摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the short term efficacy of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer and open radical resection of rectal cancer in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods:54 patients with rectal cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the open group and the laparoscopic group.We compared the short-term efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the laparoscopic group,there were significant differences in the observation indexes with the open group(P<0.05).In the laparoscopic group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the open group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical surgery for rectal cancer was the best choice for the treatment of rectal cancer.关键词
