Experience in diagnosis and treatment of liver traumatic rupture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of liver traumatic rupture.Methods:55 patients with liver traumatic rupture were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:50 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 90.91%;5 cases died,and the mortality rate was 9.09%;complications occurred in 7 patients.Conclusion:For patients with liver traumatic rupture,prompt diagnosis was essential.We can make a correct assessment of the patient's condition,choose the best treatment according to the actual situation of the patient,so as to effectively reduce the incidence of complications and mortality.关键词
