Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of dermatophagoides positive atopic cough.Methods:82 cases of children with dermatophagoides positive atopic cough were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional anti-allergy treatment,and the observation group was treated with dermatophagoides farinae drops on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the daytime symptoms scores and night symptoms scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of dermatophagoides positive atopic cough had satisfactory curative effect and had rapid remission of disease.关键词
