摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence factors of residual stone of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in the treatment of cast stone.Methods:78 patients with cast stone treated with PCNL were selected.According to the stone clearance in first phase,they were divided into the observation group(with residual stone after first phase operation) and the control group(without residual stone after first phase operation).We compared the related influencing factors residual stone of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the operation time was shorter than that of the control group;the stone diameter was significantly larger than that of the control group;the previous surgery history was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:Before PCNL treatment,to master the history of surgery of patients and the size of stones,to develop a specific surgical plan,to make reasonable balance of the operation time,to reduce bleeding,as far as possible to take out the stones,can effectively reduce the residual stone rate of patients with cast stone.关键词
