腹腔镜与开放肾部分切除术对局限性肾肿瘤疗效分析
Analysis of the effect of laparoscopic and open partial nephrectomy in the treatment of localized renal tumors

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of laparoscopic and open partial nephrectomy in the treatment of localized renal tumors. Methods:68 patients were divided into the two groups on average,the observation group was treated with laparoscopic partial nephrectomy,while the control group with the implementation of open partial nephrectomy,the correlation indexes were compared. Results:The intraoperative blood loss,gastrointestinal recovery time and average hospital stay of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of symptoms in the observation group was 2.94% lower than that in the control group of 14.71%.Conclusion:Compared with open partial nephrectomy,laparoscopic partial nephrectomy has a more significant effect on the treatment of localized renal tumors,it is helpful to reduce the amount of bleeding during operation and promote the rehabilitation of patients after operation, which can reduce the incidence of adverse symptoms,the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment are higher.关键词
