Comparison exploration between prosthetic replacement and PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochan-teric fracture in the elderly

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of prosthetic replacement and PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.Methods:According to the fixed treatment,252 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with prosthetic replacement,and the control group was treated with PFNA internal fixation.The prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 92.1% and the excellent and good rate of the control group was 89.3%.There was no statistically significant difference between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Rosthetic replacement and PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly had their own advantages.Appropriate treatment measures were taken based on the actual situation of patients in order to achieve good prognosis.关键词
