儿童哮喘患病情况调查及相关因素分析
Study on prevalence and related factors of children with asthma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the prevalence and related factors of children with asthma.Methods:The incidence of asthma in children were retrospectively analyzed.We summarized the related factors.The patients were treated with compound ipratropium oxygen atomization combined with doxofylline.We analyzed the treatment effect.Results:In 2013,there were 214 cases of children with asthma.In 2014,there were 225 cases.In 2015,there were 247 cases.The main factors related to children with asthma were the frequency of wheezing,cough duration,upper respiratory tract infection and chest tightness,eczema,allergies and family history, with the increase of age.The positive rate of related factors had gradually increased.After treatment,all patients were improved,and in 3 years,the therapeutic effect was gradually improved.Conclusion:In the qianjiang district,from 2013 to 2015,the incidence of asthma in children was increasing year by year,but the average time of hospitalization and medical expenses of children were decreased.It not only reduced the pain of patients,but also reduced the economic burden of the family.关键词
