Abstract
Objective:To explore the expectant treatment time in early onset severe preeclampsia and the effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods: According to the expectant treatment time,117 cases of patients with early onset severe preeclampsia were divided into 3 groups.The expectant treatment time of group A was less than or equal to 2 days;the expectant treatment time of group B was 7~10 days,the expectant treatment time of group C was more than or equal to 14 days;the neonate's condition and incidence of complications among the three groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The neonatal mortality rate of group A was 18.9%,which was significantly higher than that of group B (7.5%) and group C (10%),and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:7~10 days of expectant treatment of early onset severe preeclampsia could reduce the mortality of perinatal infant effectively and reduce the incidence of complications in pregnant women effectively.关键词
