Influence factors of sputum negative conversion of sputum bacteria in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus compli-cated with pulmonary tuberculosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence factors of the sputum negative conversion of sputum bacteria in elderly patients with diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:100 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes mellitus were selected.They were divided into the study group(sputum positive) and the control group(sputum negative) with 50 cases in each, according to the results of sputum bacteria at the end of treatment.Results:The body mass index,albumin,triglyceride,cholesterol and chest X-ray were statistically significant difference between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low nutritional status and the range of the tuberculosis focus have relationship on the sputum negative conversion of sputum bacteria in elderly patients with diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.关键词
