摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods:120 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given routine surgical treatment.The observation group was given nasal endoscopic surgery treatment.The clinical effects of two groups were observed.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95%, which was higher than 80% of the control group.The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 15%,which was lower than 40.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with chronic sinusitis,using nasal endoscopic surgery is conducive to reduce the clinical symptoms,reduce the complications.It is safe and reliable.关键词
