摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of ornidazole combined with collutory in the prevention of the infection after oral and maxillofacial operation.Methods:120 patients with oral and maxillofacial operation were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each.The control group was given ornidazole and sodium chloride injection.The observation group was given diclofenac sodium collutory on the basis.The infections, adverse reactions and hospitalization times of two groups were compared.Results:The infection rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The detection tree number of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ornidazole combined with diclofenac sodium collutory in the prevention of the infection after oral and maxillofacial operation can reduce the clinical infection rate,shorten the treatment time.It is safe and reliable.关键词
