长托宁与阿托品治疗有机磷中毒的临床疗效对比
Comparison of the clinical curative effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine in the treatment of organophos-phorus poisoning
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride and atropine in the treatment of organophosphorus poi-soning.Methods:34 patients with organophosphorus poisoning were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 17 cases in each.The control group was given atropine treatment.The observation group was given penehyclidine hydrochloride treat-ment.The curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the hospitalization day,medication time,mortality and adverse reaction of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using penehyclidine hydro-chloride in patients with organophosphorus poisoning has a obvious curative effect.It is safe and effective.关键词
