Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of alprazolam and eszopiclone in treatment of insomnia.Methods:100 patients with insomnia were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The group A was treated with eszopiclone, while the group B was treated with alprazolam.We observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total efficiency of the group A was 86%,and there was no obvious difference with the effective rate of the group B of 78%(P>0.05).The TESS scores of the group A were lower than that of the group B,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 8%,significantly lower than the group B of 24%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of alprazolam and eszopiclone in the treatment of insomnia is the same, but eszopiclone has less adverse reactions with higher safety and reliability.关键词
