急诊内科昏迷患者80例临床探析
Clinical analysis of 80 patients with coma in emergency internal medicine
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of coma patients in emergency internal medicine. Methods:80 cases of coma patients were selected,and we analyzed the clinical diagnosis and treatment of them.Results:Success in 68 cases(85%),12 cases of death(15%);most of the coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction,compared with other diseases,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fatality rate of coma patients in emergency medical is very high,so the clinicians and nurses must to timely confirm the diagnosis,at the same time take for treatment,reduce the fatality rate further,so as to ensure the life safety of patients.关键词
