Study on Xiyanping combined with acyclovir in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease and its influence on cytokines
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Xiyanping combined with acyclovir in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease and its impact on cytokine.Methods:70 children with hand foot and mouth disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group were given acyclovir injection combined with Xiyanping injection,while in the control group were treated with acyclovir.Results:The effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The level of IL-2,IL-6,CRP and INF-y in the observation group before and after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiyanping combined with acyclovir in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease can reduce the levels of cytokines including IL-2,IL-6,CRP and INF-y significantly.It has remarkably curative effect.关键词
