摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis.Methods:82 patients with acute biliary pancreatitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Results:After the treatment,the serum amylase,urine amylase,total bilirubin,valley pyruvic transaminase,alkaline phosphatase of the two groups were reduced(P<0.05);the serum amylase,urine amylase,total bilirubin valley pyruvic transaminase,alkaline phosphatase of the observation groups were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total treatment efficiency rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis is significant,and the improvement of clinical index is obvious.关键词
