Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of three-dimensional brain electrical activity mapping in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods:The brain electrical activity mapping data of 300 cases of patients with cerebral infarction was analyzed and the characteristics of the brain electrical activity mapping were summarized.Results:α,β,δ,θ,(δ+θ)/(α+β),θ/β,δ%,θ% in the affected side were higher than those in the unaffected side and α%,β% were lower than those in the unaffected side,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional brain electrical activity mapping had the advantages of noninvasiveness and repeatability,which had important clinical significance for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.关键词
