摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of pace-making in different parts of right ventricular on cardiac function.Methods:100 cases of patients with degree Ⅱ type Ⅱ or degree Ⅲ atrioventricular block treated with permanent pace-making were divided into two groups.The control group was given right ventricular apex pace-making,and the experiment group was given right ventricular septum pace-making.The cardiac function of the two groups was compared.Results:The LVEF levels of the experiment group at 1 months after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group.The levels of LVEDD and LVPWT in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Right ventricular septum (RVS) pace-making in the treatment of atrioventricular block had less effect on cardiac function,which was more conducive to maintain the synchronization of cardiac electrical activity and mechanical contraction.关键词
