摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of CTU in the diagnosis of small ureteral calculi.Methods:30 patients with small ureteral calculi were selected.They were given ultrasound,abdominal plain film(KUB) and intravenous urinary tract(IVU) examination, CT plain scan and enhancement.Results:CTU showed that 29 cases had small ureteral calculi.CT plain scan showed that 22 cases had small ureteral calculi.Ultrasound showed that 12 cases had small ureteral calculi.KUB+IVU showed that 14 cases had small ureteral calculi.Conclusion:CTU can more directly and accurately show the shape size,anatomical relationship, position of the stone and the degree of expansion of ureter and renal pelvis and renal calyx.It can also objectively evaluate the renal function and accurately understand the renal artery and vein to provide objective imaging data for clinical treatment.关键词
