摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect and value of CT imaging and X-ray plain film in the diagnosis of spinal burst fracture.Methods:60 patients with spinal burst fracture were selected.All of them were examined by X-ray plain film and CT image,and we compared the diagnostic results of the two methods.Results:The detection rate of CT scan 94.1% was higher than 58.8% of X ray;the CT scan time was longer,the detection rate and the scan time compared with the X-ray plain film was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of X-ray plain film,combined with CT imaging diagnosis of spinal burst fractures can accurately determine the details of the fracture and spinal canal involvement.关键词
