摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors before the analysis of blood routine and coagulation routine.Methods:The blood routine and coagulation routine of 120 cases of healthy adult volunteers in different time were detected respectively.Results:There was statistically significant difference of APTT at 2 h before and after centrifugation (P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences of APTT and TT at 4 h before and after centrifugation (P<0.05).Conclusion:The collection method of specimen and the placing time of specimen before the analysis will affect the detection results.关键词
