Nursing experience on cardiac intensive care after surgery of tetralogy of fallot
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate cardiac intensive nursing care on patients with tetralogy of fallot after surgery.Methods:36 patients with tetralogy of fallot were selected.They were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the time of admission,with 18 cases in each groups.Patients in the reference group received routine nursing care,while in the experimental group were given system of cardiac intensive care based on routine nursing care.Results:The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the degree of satisfaction was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systemic cardiac intensive care on patients with tetralogy of fallot after surgery,can reduce the postoperative complications of probability effectively,and improve prognosis.关键词
