Study on the value of humanized nursing service in the application of triage in outpatient department of pediatrics

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application of humanized nursing service in the triage of outpatient department of pediatrics.Methods:100 cases of pediatric patients in outpatient department of pediatrics were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group used routine nursing service.The observation group uses the humanized nursing service.Results:There were differences in the treatment time,incidence rate and satisfaction degree of nurse patient disputes after nursing of patients in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of humanized nursing service in the application of triage in outpatient department of pediatrics is remarkable.关键词
