Experience of central venous catheterization on 30 patients with a history of heroin injection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the method of central venous catheterization in patients with a history of heroin injection. Methods:30 patients with a history of heroin injection were treated with central venous catheterization.Results:All of those 30 cases with central venous catheterization were successful,in which there were 23 cases successful puncture at once,another 7 cases were successful puncture after changing the puncture site.Puncture site:19 cases on the right side of the clavicle,8 cases on the right side of the neck,3 cases on the left side of the internal carotid.Conclusion:Central venous catheterization on patient with a history of intravenous injection of heroin is more difficult,need to accumulate experience,fully prepared and skilled operation,to improve the success rate of the central vein puncture catheter.关键词
