Abstract
Objective:To explore the method and effect of psychological intervention of family members of patients with mental disorder in Sanlitun area.Methods:80 families of mental patients were screened out according to the condition of the entry group by SAS and SDS scales.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The experimental group was used psychological intervention.Before and after intervention,all patients were tested for SDS,SAS,WHOQOL-BREF respectively.We compared the effect before and after the intervention,and compared with the control group.Results:The results of SDS,SAS and WHOQOL-BREF test in the experimental group were significantly better than before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Family members of patients with mental disorder in Sanlitun have common psychological problems.Psychological intervention can significantly improve the psychological state of the family members of mental patients,and it has a positive significance to improve the quality of life.关键词
