摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence factors on the use of health services in women who complaints of reproductive tract infections.Methods:1 000 women who were 22 to 55 years old were randomly selected,and some complaints about reproductive tract infections.We made questionnaire surveys for patients.Results:There was more than one complained of symptoms of reproductive tract infection accounted for 50% ;the presence of symptoms and the positive medical treatment of patients accounted for 15%;patients who strictly according to the doctor's advice to accept treatment accounted for 60%;for the degree of patients’ knowledge about reproductive tract infection was 30%,for these sources of knowledge,mainly including radio and television media(21%),newspapers and magazines(2%),health promotion staff(73%),health care and health promotion(4%),and so on.Conclusion:In rural area,people are lack of reproductive tract infection knowledge,and the awareness of medical treatment is relatively poor,the compliance with doctors' advice is also low,which need to adopt active and effective prevention and control measures and strengthen publicity,encourage women of childbearing age to pay attention to their own health,make early treatment, reduce the incidence of reproductive tract infections.关键词
