Investigation on the implementation and effectiveness of hospital nursing management measures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the implementation and effectiveness of nursing management measures.Methods:100 patients with nursing risk event were collected.The reasons of nursing risk were analyzed.The effectiveness of improving hospital nursing management measures was discussed.Results:78 cases(78%) were improper nursing.The nursing risk events caused by the weak self responsibility consciousness of nurses accounted for 44.8%.22 cases(22%) of nursing risk events were caused by patient's own reasons.Conclusion:The nursing management measures are adopted aiming at the problems in nursing work.Only the hospital nursing management measures have pertinence that can improve the quality of nursing management work,reduce the incidence rate of nursing risk events.关键词
