摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the author analyzed the possible reasons of 1 case of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patient with recovery delay.The factors affecting the delay recovery of the patients with cholinesterase were mainly:do not completely remove the types of organophosphorus pesticides,organophosphorus pesticides,the use of large doses of atropine and the patient's own factors,which can not be completely cleared of organic phosphorus pesticides as the main factor.The factors affecting the recovery of cholinesterase is multifaceted,the main factors are not the same,in the treatment of specific patients,we should find the main cause and targeted treatment.关键词
