摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of abdominal pedicle skin lfap with dermis in the process of repairing the hand injury of the patients. Methods Randomly choose to take our hospital during January 2010 to June 2016 in need of repair hand surgery patients 50, will be divided into A group and B group two in a random manner, for group B with routine abdominal pedicle lfap repair method, the group A pedicle abdominal thin-containing subdermal vascular network lfap repair. Compare repair ultimate effect.Results After different repair methods, the effect of the two groups were signiifcantly different, the efifciency of the repair wasP < 0.05; the amount of bleeding during operation and the length of hospitalization was also significantlyP < 0.05.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with hand injury in the process of the abdomen with pedicle skin lfap with the skin of the lower abdomen has a more important value, the effect of the ideal.关键词
