水下生产系统管汇的故障树分析
Fault tree analysis of subsea manifold system
摘要
Abstract
When a subsea production system manifold fails, there are serious consequences. To address this prob⁃lem, we developed a fault tree for a subsea production system manifold and performed qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate its performance. First, we obtained the minimum cut sets of the subsea production system mani⁃fold failure and determined the main failure modes via qualitative analysis. Then, we obtained the change curve of the manifold failure probability with time via quantitative analysis and determined the maintenance interval for a giv⁃en reliability outcome. Lastly, we calculated the importance measures for every system component. Research results demonstrate that, the importance measures of two components, i.e., structure⁃support and valve⁃process isolation, are higher than those of the other components, which identifies them as weak links in the system. Therefore, these components should receive special focus in their manufacture and use.关键词
