双抗治疗急性脑卒中的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute stroke in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Of the enrolled 390 cases with acute stroke,180 cases in control group received aspirin treatment and other 210 cases in observation group were treated with aspirin plus clopidogrel. The changes of related indicators between two groups after treatment were observed.Results Both the basic cure rate and to-tal efficiency in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P < 0.05 );additionally,total disability rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P <0.05).After treatment the NIHSS and mRS scores were significantly decreased and the BI scores were increased,all the differences were significant(P <0.05).Obviously,the observation group got the larger changes of NIHSS,mRS and BI scores than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin may have a clinical effection the treatment of acute stroke.关键词
